As the Executive Chef, you will be the creative force behind their culinary operations. We are looking for an exceptional individual with a background in 2-3 Rosette food and/or Michelin-star establishments. Your passion for food, innovative approach, and dedication to maintaining the highest standards will be instrumental in continuing our legacy of excellence. 
 
Key Responsibilities: 
- Develop and design menus that reflect our Food & Beverage concepts, combining creativity with seasonal and locally sourced ingredients to create memorable dining experiences for our guests. 
- Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and taste, maintaining our commitment to excellence. 
- Lead, mentor, and train the culinary team in line with agreed succession planning, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. 
- Oversee food and payroll costs, implementing effective control measures to ensure financial efficiency without compromising on quality. 
- Work closely with the Restaurant Manager and other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences. 
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe and hygienic kitchen environment. 
 
Requirements: 
- Proven experience in a similar role within 2-3 Rosette and/or Michelin-star establishments. 
- Strong leadership and team management skills. 
- Exceptional culinary skills with a creative flair. 
- Excellent understanding of cost control and budget management. 
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards. 
- Strong organisational and communication skills. 
- Passion for excellence and continuous improvement.
