Willen Hospice is seeking an exceptional Associate Director – Strategic Giving & Partnerships to lead the evolution of our high-value fundraising and partnership strategy, helping them secure the resources that ensure outstanding care for our community, today and in t

About the Role
As a senior leader within the Income Generation team, you will design and deliver a bold, insight-led strategy to grow income through corporate partnerships, major gifts, legacies, and regular giving. You’ll play a key role in shaping the hospice’s long-term sustainability, deepening supporter engagement, and building a culture of generosity and partnership across the organisation.
Working closely with the Director of Income, Operations and Governance, trustees, and senior colleagues, you’ll lead a talented and motivated team to:
Cultivate and manage high-value relationships with corporate and philanthropic partners.
Oversee and grow income streams including trusts, legacies, in-memory giving, and regular giving.
Develop innovative campaigns and propositions that inspire meaningful, long-term support.
Use data and insight to drive performance, identify opportunities, and measure impact.
About You
You are a confident, values-led leader who combines strategic thinking with emotional intelligence and commercial acumen. You’ll bring a track record of delivering growth through partnership-led fundraising, coupled with the ability to inspire teams and influence at the most senior levels.
