This is a fixed-term role for maternity cover. 
 
Location: Milton Keynes 
 
Salary: £ 26000-28000 DOE  
Camphill Milton Keynes Communities is seeking an experienced House Coordinator for maternity cover. In this role, you will work closely with our Care & Support Managers to ensure the highest standards of care and support for residents, staff, and volunteers in line with our values. 
 
Key responsibilities include: 
 
• Managing daily care services and activities for residents. 
• Leading a hands-on team to deliver person-centred support. 
• Promoting a positive, inclusive atmosphere within the house. 
• Overseeing staff development, rotas, and health & safety. 
 
Requirements: 
 
• Minimum Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) with a willingness to work towards Level 4/5. 
• At least 1 year of experience managing services for residents with autism and learning disability. 
• Strong leadership and communication skills. 
• A clean driving licence and ability to drive.
