Hours : 37.5 hours per week, deployed across a fortnightly rota

.Camphill Milton Keynes is proud to have recently welcomed four new residential homes into their portfolio. We’re looking for Support Workers to join our team at these residential care homes in South Northamptonshire, supporting adults with learning disabilities to live fulfilling lives. 
 
This is hands-on, person-centred care work. You’ll support residents with their daily routines, personal care, mealtimes, activities and health needs — building genuine relationships and helping people thrive. You’ll act as key worker for a group of residents, maintaining their support plans and working closely with families and other professionals. 
 
The role may include day shifts, evening shifts, sleep-ins and waking night shifts on a rotating basis, including weekends and bank holidays. A full UK driving licence is highly desirable as our homes are in rural locations.

What we’re looking for: 
A caring, empathetic approach and genuine commitment to supporting people with learning disabilities 
Good communication skills and the ability to keep clear, accurate records 
Flexibility to work across a rotating shift pattern, including sleep-ins and waking nights 
Full UK driving licence (highly desirable) 
Eligible to work in the UK 
Willingness to undertake an enhanced DBS check 
Experience in social care is welcome but not essential — we provide full training. What matters most is the right attitude and values.
